CARLY WILDE
creative director
Her career began in New York, where she served as Event Coordinator and Deputy Art Director for Social Life Magazine, a luxury publication in the Hamptons. In that role, Carly produced more than twenty events celebrating cover launches for A-list talent—experiences that required both creative fluency and flawless execution in highly visible environments.
Carly’s work has been featured across national television and media, including TLC, HGTV, Bravo, and E!, and she has partnered with fashion and lifestyle brands to produce runway shows and launch events with a strong editorial point of view.
Since returning to Colorado, Carly has produced more than 1,000 weddings and events, working at some of the most iconic properties throughout the Rocky Mountains and Front Range. Her experience spans luxury resorts, private estates, and destination venues, each requiring a nuanced understanding of place, logistics, and guest experience.
Known for her calm leadership and intuitive understanding of how events unfold in real time, Carly leads every project with clarity, care, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Clients trust her not only for her depth of experience but for her ability to make complex celebrations feel effortless, allowing the moment itself to take center stage.
Rene VanWinkle

René is a Denver native with over 20 years of hands-on experience turning ambitious, creative visions into seamless, high-growth realities. René knows that the secret to legendary service is a flawless operational backbone and her secret weapon is her cross-functional mastery. She blends elite financial strategy and sharp P&L oversight with a modern, people-first approach to Human Resources and Operations. Her approach combines a sharp eye for finance with a deep passion for people focusing on empathy, accountability, and clear execution, giving teams the tools and culture they need to deliver knockout client experiences every single day in an environment where teams don't just work - they thrive.
LINDSAY ROBERTS

With over five years of experience in the fast-paced world of luxury events in New York City, Lindsay built a career crafting unforgettable experiences for some of the world's most recognized brands— including Google, Spotify, and Pandora. Specializing in custom fabrications and high-impact event design, she brought bold visions to life in some of the most dynamic spaces in the city. After returning to her home state of Colorado, she joined a premier luxury wedding planning team, producing elevated events across the Mountain West for five years. Following the birth of her daughter, she returned to her roots in event design and fabrication, bringing a renewed perspective and a deeply personal approach to every project.
MORGAN JEFFERIES
director of design
As Director of Design at House of Wilde, Morgan Jefferies oversees the creative vision and aesthetic execution of each event, ensuring every detail reflects the brand's commitment to elegance and originality. With over 15 years of experience in event design, fabric development, and production, Morgan brings a globally informed perspective shaped by her time working in Los Angeles, London, and Morocco. Her approach is rooted in thoughtful storytelling, blending refined design with unexpected elements that elevate the guest experience. A New York City native, Morgan draws on her passions for fashion, travel, and culture to inform her distinctive aesthetic and strategic vision.
Jaden Sandoval

With more than six years of experience in wedding and event production, Jaden brings a background spanning weddings, destination celebrations, and experiential events. A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Strategic Communications, she has developed a strong foundation in event logistics, guest experience, and production management. Her work has taken her across Colorado and beyond, where she has cultivated a passion for creating meaningful guest experiences. As Project Manager at House of Wilde, Jaden works alongside clients, vendors, and the design team to bring celebrations to life with thoughtful design, seamless execution, and exceptional attention to detail.
Patrick Batten

Patrick brings over 20 years of experience in warehouse management, spanning both retail and event operations. His career has taken him across the country—from Wisconsin to Colorado—where he has built a strong reputation for maintaining highly organized, efficient, and well-run warehouse environments. With a true passion for operational excellence, Patrick is constantly looking for ways to improve processes and ensure everything runs seamlessly. He is excited to join the team and looks forward to bringing his expertise and dedication to the warehouse.

Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Sara brings an international perspective and a calm, detail-oriented approach to every event she manages. Over the years, Sara has built a diverse portfolio that spans continents-from managing luxury functions on Sydney Harbour to mountain top events in Whistler. Her global experience includes roles in Canada, the UK, and Australia, giving her a unique edge in planning events that are creative and globally inspired.

Ryan Crowther is the Logistics Manager at House of Wilde, where he helps turn bold creative ideas into well-executed events. With a background in event production, operations, and guest experience, Ryan is known for staying calm under pressure, communicating clearly, and keeping people and details moving in the same direction. He brings a hands-on, collaborative approach to every project and genuinely enjoys creating the structure that allows great experiences to come to life.

Ashley brings five years of experience in the luxury wedding industry to House of Wilde. Beginning her career as a wedding planner, she developed a passion for creating events with organization, attention to detail, and an eye for beautiful design. As a former business owner, Ashley understands the importance of thoughtful planning, seamless execution, and delivering an outstanding client experience. A Colorado native, Ashley has planned weddings at a wide variety of venues throughout the state and beyond, giving her a deep appreciation for the unique settings and details that make each event one of a kind.

Her experience spans financial management, budgeting, payroll, and operational oversight across both the construction and creative industries. Known for her organizational precision and adaptability, she helps ensure projects run seamlessly behind the scenes while supporting the company’s long-term growth. Originally from the Czech Republic and now based in Colorado, Nikol combines analytical thinking with a deep appreciation for design, creativity, and elevated client experiences.

He previously worked for a local small business specializing in finish trim carpentry and custom cabinetry, where he developed a sharp eye for detail and quality workmanship. With degrees in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Mason is our go-to creative problem solver—combining technical precision with practical experience.

Chloe began her career in residential construction, building and framing family homes before transitioning into detailed finish carpentry and fine woodworking. Her passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail bring a unique perspective to every project. Her unique carpentry talents have also led to her helping build some of your favorite mountain biking trails throughout Colorado and California.
